"NeuroMove", "we", "our" or "us" refers to NeuroMove, a New Zealand sole trader business operated by Robyn Polley, based in the Waikato, New Zealand.

• Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, payment details, booking information, and details about the child you're seeking support for (such as their age and areas of concern).

We use cookies to improve your experience, and third-party tools such as Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. • Information from third parties, where you have given consent and in line with privacy laws. For example, from payment providers to confirm transactions or resolve disputes.

• process payments and bookings

• run surveys or other site features

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing polley@neuromove.co.nz. We will handle all requests in line with the Privacy Act 2020. A reasonable fee may apply for complex or repeated requests.
